hotel jobsMyself, Florin Donciu, the owner of the busyness, I am an ex Food & Beverage Operational Manager (British Citizen) obsessed with training with more than 12 years’ of experience of working within the hospitality industry in Italy and UK, I took on training and development and this allowed me to become a Manager of my own team within the food and beverage department of a busy hotel, golf and spa.

Working as a Food & Beverage Manager in UK I have seen that staff coming for the first time in UK from European countries, have the right attitude but they have a very big lack of training to UK standards, that’s why our aim as a recruiting business it’s to recruit and train our staff to Great Britain Standards.

All our staff will provide a Police Records Check (Disclosure) translated in English by a Authorized Translator.

Obviously those who apply for housekeeping positions their level of English is lower than medium but we will train them  to very high standards of cleaning  and teach them the basic words for this particular work. (single, double. king, hoover, all the words that an Chamber Made needs to know)

Chefs

Our aim is to recruit chefs with experience in hotel and Modern Cuisine but we will train them also on the following :

Level 2 Training  Food Safety & Catering

Vegetables, food ingredients name for those which level of English is lower

Reception Staff

Our aim is to recruit staff with Reception and Opera background experience and to polish them to 4/5* UK Standards

Kitchen Porters

Obviously those who apply for kitchen porters positions their level of English is lower than medium but we will train to :

Level 2 Training  Food Safety & Catering

a very high standards of cleaning  and teach them the basic words for this particular work (hot plate , vegetables, food ingredients name so they can help chefs in the kitchen also)
